    Hello,

How can I remove a package from accounts currently with a package allocated so that listing accounts or reseller accounts lists it as "undefined"?

    Thanks

    Go on, have a guess
Do a search and replace in /var/cpanel/users/account and replace whatever plan they're using with undefined like this:

    replace "PLAN=oldplan" "PLAN=undefined" -- /var/cpanel/users/*

Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...
