SOLVED Removing abandonware from applications.cpanel.net

We are in the process of removing Restore Manager from GKRoot from a number of our servers given that the group that develops it appears to have gone defunct.

Is there a process to follow to request software like this be removed from the applications.cpanel.net resource so that other individuals do not attempt to engage with a product that is no longer developed or supported?

As far as I can tell they have not been able to respond to any support requests since 2019. The last yearly billing cycle also passed without any charges so that is probably the best sign they may no longer be an active resource.
