    Hello,

Is there a way to disable access to domain.com/cpanel and just use a port? i.e domain.com:4949 I would rather free this up as my site is dynamic and has content after the domain.

    Thank You

You had to manually remove the ScriptAlias lines for /cpanel from http.conf to disable it.
