I installed a fantastico web templete in my root directory, did not like it and tried to install another however I get an error message now that tells me I need to manually remove the templete file from the root directory.
How do I access the root directory from c-panel top do this?
I have looked for instructions ot do this to no avail.I can't seem to be able to proceed past this point to install another templete so that I can complete my web building process.
Any detailed help would be appreciated greatly.

Fantastico is an third party product to cPanel, so you'll either need to speak to your hosting provider or ask go over to http://www.netenberg.com for support if you licensed it.

No, accountalbs is just another Netenberg product. The Netenberg link I posted is the correct one to use for Fantastico.
