Removing fantastico

When I got my server this appeared in WHM as an add-on. When I click on it, it goes to a blank page. I don't need it as I prefer to pull the latest versions of any application directly from the creator's websites.

It's listed as:
Plugins
Fantastico De Luxe WHM Admin

Also, is this a pay program? Hope I haven't been paying for it all this time. :)
