I'm trying to completly remove MySQL 5 and reinstall 4.1 version but can't figure how.

Using WHM it only shows version 5.0 now. Running /scripts/mysqlup --force it allways upgrade 5.0

There is some place where I can tell which version to use?

    thanks

/var/cpanel/cpanel.config contains a mysql version statement. Change it to 4.1

/scripts/upcp should then perform the transition.

Downgrading from 5.0 to 4.1 may break things.

Thanks :) about being broken, it's a new server so it will not break anything yet . for some reason it has 5.0 installed.
