Removing Soholauncher from Fantastico

Hey, all. I searched for a while but couldn't find this so if someone knows of a thread with this answer, I'd appreciate the info.

The question is:

Is there a way to remove Soholauncher from Fantastico and serve it up as a stand alone app that is available from the CPANEL software list. If so, how would we place a new ICON and link the two from the CPANEL so customers can see it without having to go into Fantastico?

Any help is mucho appreciated.
