One of my resellers created an account without an associated domain, and now he cannot remove it because it does not appear in his account listings. The only place it appears is in the root WHM reseller account listings where it appears as an account without a domain.

Is there a way of manually deleting this account?

    Thanks.

You could try running /scripts/updateuserdomains and see if that fixes it, otherwise make sure that the entries in /var/cpanel/users/username are correct and then try the script again.

Thanks. I already deleted the user by using userdel account from the command line.

    Best regards.

That unfortunatly only removes it from the unix level. It does not do cPanel cleanups of references for that id.
