I did an account transfer from another cPanel server. The account that I transferred was listed as a reseller account. Now that they are on my server they should only have shared hosting privledges. However, they are losted as a reseller in the reseller center in WHM. But, when I go to list accounts they are listed as a shared host.

I went into their cpanel and sure enough, they can access the WHM even though I have them listed as a shared customer and they are owned by another account.

How can I remove their WHM access?

    hi,
have you removed their "reseller privileges" from reseller center, you would need to select their account from drop down and click "ok"

    hope that helps

    see ya,
