Is there any way to truly rename a domain ?

"Modify an Account" will just add DNS entries, not rename an existing account. I need to rename the acout, INCLUDING associated Mailman mailing lists. (It's possible with Plesk.)
Alternatively, does anyone know how to have a Mailman list work with SpamAssassin / This is for cPanel 8.8. I found this link:

But solution (2) did not work, and solution (1) is very complicated and it sems is overwritten when there is a cPanel upgrade.
We're getting too much spam to our Mailman list ... so I r start over with a new domain name or have SpamAssassin work with Mailman.
