Renew license cPanel & WHM

Please help to provide step to renew license cpanel/whm. If I already renew license from
https://store.cpanel.net;there is any step to configure in my server?

You can check if the license is valid for your IP at http://verify.cpanel.net

then, run the below command on the server.

/usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt

Yes, that is correct. If your license is already expired, and you want to activate it immediate after completing the renewal process, you can run the following command:

/usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt

I already processed renew in https://store.cpanel.net and got email confirmation order from cpanel but I don't see the new license with new date in https://store.cpanel.net. I still see the old one and it show on action option that "Renew license Locked: pending conversion". I also checked in http://verify.cpanel.net it didn't show the new one with my order date. How can I check my new license?

Sure you can.

root [/]# /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt

Please contact cPanel Customer Service if you're having some sort of issue with your cPanel license.

@POINTWISH - it's best to make a new thread for maximum visibility on an issue, especially if you're seeing issues with the license.

You're also always welcome to contact our team through a support ticket for the fastest reply possible.

In this case, you may need to run the following command:

ps aux | grep cpkey

or possibly this:

ps aux | grep license

to see if there really is an older license check process running on the system. If so, you could kill that and run the /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt command again to see if that gets the license issued.
