Replace Box. Need comment.

I'm going to replace box from P4 to another new box Xeon but the problem is how I can easily move all accounts to Xeon box that runing the same IP as my old P4.

I plan to create a local network between 2 boxes via eth1 and install fresh CPanel to Xeon by redirect all IP from CPanel and Redhat server that connect to P4 box to Xeon during install but I don't know what IP Address will connect to P4 during the install. If your guys know, please advice.

After that I will move /backup from P4 to Xeon and recreate account.

What do you think, will this way work?
