    Hi,

Im currently moving my server to another data center and i have c-Panel installed on it, just want to know weather i have to reinstall c-Panel again so it will pick up the new ip address range and the new rules of the router? or can i just purchase another license (as i let my old one expire due to the re-location of the server) and just replace the old one? if so how do i go about doing that?

    thanks in advance

    Hi,

cPanel licenses provisioning is based on IP addresses & changing data centers results into changing of IP addresses. Hence you'd have to re-license the new IP address & terminate the old one. I'd recommend you to contact your current hosting provider or the cPanel Billing Dept. Enjoy the weekend
