    Hello,

I am trying to set up an iCal Server which is able to send invitations using some external SMTP server, it is also able to receive invitation status (accept/reject) using either an IMAP or a POP server.

Naturally since I own a CPanel server, I set it all up using an already existing account calserver@server.com (server.com has been replaced).

The issue is arising with this e-mail address:

    calserver+197b6014-2202-467e-9b19-ccd32910dfaa@server.com

The "+197b6014-2202-467e-9b19-ccd32910dfaa" is some iCal Server internal ID that will be used to do the whole manage and routing thing.

So when some third party receives an invitation by e-mail the return address is the one stated above.

So if I accept an invitation from say Gmail it tries to send the e-mail to that address, and the server returns and error saying that the e-mail doesn't exist.

What I need to happen is for this to land in the calserver@server.com mailbox, so that the iCal server can handle it.

Can anybody provide some pointers, tutorials, assistance on this matter

    Thank you,
    Fotis
