report of all over quota pop accounts on server?

    Hi All,

As a (small) website hosting company, most of the support calls we get are in relation to mailboxes being over quota (and/or the overall hosting account size allowance had been reached).

We'd like to pro-actively contact our clients to upsell them to a higher hosting account with more space available.

What would be useful to this end would be to run a server-wide script that reported on all over-quota issues on the one report, grouped by hosting account. So the report would highlight any individual 'maxed out' pop accounts, plus any overall hosting account storage limits being reached.

    In know we already have:

WHM > Account Information > Show Accounts over Quota

... but this only lists overall hosting accounts over quota, not individual pop accounts.

Does anyone know if there is a script that reports on individual pop accounts over quota or otherwise unable to receive mail because of quota issues? It would be very cool to be able to receive this as a daily email...

    Thanks :)

Warnings that have gone out are in the nightly upcp update and list the email address that is close (WARN) or reached (CRITICAL) it's mailbox quota.

Thanks. I've posted a feature request for a one-click WHM report all the same.

    I second the request

    Yes,

A one-click WHM report would be very useful. Also, it would be nice to implement the EXIM "quota_warn_threshold" and "quota_warn_message" features as well so that people are notified when they are going over quota.

    Thanks,
    Brad
