Is it possible to make enhancement requests to cPanel? If so, how do you go about it?

You can try bugzilla and list your issue severity as 'enhancement'.

That way you can post the tracking number and other people can join your request. The same way the forums would work if cPanel recognized them as an official channel.

Browse through bugzilla and you will find issues that have been addressed.

If you post a description of your enhancement idea and a link to the bugzilla ID, forum members can visit your request, subscribe to it and possibly support it.

I know what you mean. Feedback tends to be very sparse. It would be nice if cPanel made an effort to follow-up. Even a simple 'your request has been seen and will be taken into consideration' would be nice.

The bottom line is that they do implement changes based upon bugzilla feedback even if they do not follow-up.

Okay...I 2 would like to know that they at least at it and are choosing to ignore it. I would then close the book on the matter. But without that I keep coming back to see if there is a solution.

So, with that, I will "close the book" on this one.

    Thanks
