Request for help in global email filters rejected then accepted

Dear Cpanel Experts,

I'm facing weird problem , the global filter actually worked but then probably the same sender resent the same email and then it was accepted , is there any way to filter it out so that it always get rejected please ?

You need to provide a bit more info. What is the filter rule? Do you have the exim_mainlog entries for the emails?

If you don't have access to the logs then you can also click the info icon in the "Actions" column.
