    All of a sudden a reseller account and its accounts are down. Been working fine for 4 months now and suddenly down. The reseller account is not using private nameservers but using static IP.

    The IP pings
    The DNS zone is good (still deleted / readded it)
    Domain pings fine
    Flushed APF
    Using 10.x C23
    /scripts/fixcommonproblems
    /scripts/fixetchosts
    /scripts/fixbuggynamed
    Removed IP and readded in WHM

    root@server [~]# grep xx.x.166.220 /etc/httpd/etc/httpd.conf
    <VirtualHost xx.x.166.220>
    <VirtualHost xx.x.166.220>
    NameVirtualHost xx.x.166.220:80
    <VirtualHost xx.x.166.220>

    <VirtualHost xx.x.166.220>
    <VirtualHost xx.x.166.220>
    <VirtualHost xx.x.166.220>

    root@server [~]# netstat -anp | grep :80 | grep -i listen
    tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:80 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 7256/httpd
    tcp 0 0 :::8009 :::* LISTEN 5388/jsvc.exec
    tcp 0 0 :::8080 :::* LISTEN 5388/jsvc.exec

    Any ideas?

    What's the message in the browser? Does httpd.conf look okay as far as user/group DocumentRoots. Do a apachectl configtest as well to see.
