Reseller account all showing th same web site?????HELP

Ok I have a reseller I gave him a IP number fo rhis accounts to be set up on. But they all show the same web site. so I went and changed the IP address on the sites to the main shared IP and double checked the DNS zones and httpd.conf file.

Now 2 of the 10 sites show correctly the others all show the default Apaceh page. .

What is going on??? Any suggestions?
