I created a reseller account with one of my domains (let's say domainA.com).

I assigned this reseller account it's own shared ip.

I changed ownership to two different domain's (DomainB.com and DomainC.com) and put them on DomainA's reseller account and changed their IPs to his shared address.

Anytime I try to go to DomainB or DomainC, I get taken to DomainA's site.

    Any ideas?

I searched and found others with this problem but never any fix

    :(

Have you waited up to 48 hours for DNS changes to update throughout the web?

If all the domains were already propagated it should not take more than 12 hours to resolve to the new IP.
Anytime I have changed a site's IP it always resolved quickly for me and often immediately.

If using another Domain name which is a seperate Hosting account and their Web pages do not show, then the Shared IP has not be allocated as a Nameserver.

Then the Shared IP will show the Web pages of the first account setup to use the Shared IP. This only changes when the Domain of other shared accounts are used in the URL.

Yep, I know that. I am using domains, not ips to bring up the sites.

Only thing left then is to check the DNS settings of the accounts. Usually, when Ownership is changed the zone files are not updated with the correct Nameserver information.

Without seeing the actual setup, I can't think of anything else.
