Reseller Account

Hi my main reseller account is not working but my clients account is working fine. Can some one direct me to how I could fix this? Thanks

More info...

I could ping my nameservers but I can't ping my main domain.

ping ns1.mydomain.com w.x.y.z - successful
ping ns2.mydomain.com w.x.y.z - successful

ping mydomain.com - see below

Resonds back...
Ping request could not find host true-industry.com. Please check the name and try again.

Hi,
your site seems to work from my end, and i checked dnsstuff site its seems ok, it might be your ISP problem or if you recently changed nameservers your new nameservers has not yet fully propogated.
