Reseller Accounts and packages they create

Hi guys,

How do you allow resellers to set "unlimited" on packages they create. Currently and from what I read previously and understand is they can only set it to 9999999999 or some very high number.

Any ideas?

Hello

You can ensure the following options are selected under "Package Creation" in "WHM Home » Resellers » Edit Reseller Nameservers and Privileges":

Allow Creation of Packages with Unlimited Bandwidth
Allow Creation of Packages with Unlimited Diskspace

Accounts that have an unlimited bandwidth quota or unlimited disk quota are not resource limit compatible.

I see that this is set. Still not working though

Could you elaborate on the exact steps you are taking that are not working? Also, you may want to attach a screenshot of your reseller settings so we can see the exact configuration you have in place.
