Reseller accounts not showing

I have had an issue come overnight where resellers when logged in to WHM cannot see any accounts listed. I have checked in the main WHM panel using root and i can see all accounts listed but showing under the username root and not the reseller username like normal.
Anyone else having any issue like this as nothing was changed on our server last night so we are not sure how this has happened.

Do you have any third-party applications or plugins installed that could be modifying the account ownership?
