Reseller acct WHM - create package - main domain

I have a new reseller account w. WHM, and purchased a new domain at the same time from the webhost (to serve as the primary domain for the account).

Webhost support said to create a package for this domain. This I have done.

I do not see how to get this main domain into the new package. They told me to edit. Edit what?

I'm thinking I cannot create a new account for it, since it is already visible when I hit "list accounts".

My understanding is that it needs to be in a package to set the bandwidth, etc.

Packages are the preferred way of doing this. In the WHM interface, you can go into the Account Functions section and click on "Modify an Account." Select your account and modify it to use the package you created. If you do not see your account listed there, that means you do not own your own account (as a reseller) and therefore cannot do this to your own account.
