Reseller branding not working

Sorry if this has been asked before, I searched to no avail.

I'm trying to use the branding feature of our reseller cPanel by simply uploading some new graphics to a theme I've cloned. The problem is it doesn't update the image once I refresh the page. Any ideas? I don't have root FTP access so I can't browse to the image folder either.

I'm running WHM 9.9.3 cPanel 9.9.6-C9.

You are uploading to the wrong directory.
The /branding directory takes precedence over everythng.
Delete the image in that folder and try again.

Thanks, but I don't have access to the branding folder, at least not by FTP. I've yet to get into SSH/Shell Access which someone recommend to me. Any ideas on where I can get started with that?

Post exactly what you did, what folder you uploaded to and what filename. Details please.

1, Logged into our reseller cPanel 2086)
2, Clicked Themes >> Clone a cPanel Theme
3, Cloned x2 (to "UC")
4, Clicked cPanel >> Branding
5, Located the image to replace under cloned them ("UC")
6, Clicked Browse to locate image
7, Clicked Upload
8, Gives confirmation message (Branding Image uploaded! (top_02_1))
8, Go back to branding page and refresh page but image hasn't changed.

I've tried changing other images from different themes but nothing seems to change.

I advise against the use of WHM for skins related jobs.

Thanks for the offer, very kind of you, but I think as it's not as easy as we first thought and we've got a bit more work on at the moment we will leave it for now and come back to it later.
