    Hello,

I made a reseller account for a client from my root access in WHM. My client needs to activate the servlets (Tomcat) by himself, but the only way i found is activing servlets only with my root account.

    There is a solution?

    thanks

For installing JSP support itself, you would need root access to use EasyApache to install Tomcat (and thus support JSP).

As for activating servlets, it is my understanding that root access is required to activate servlets. Keep in mind that servlets will reside in memory and consume RAM at all times.

You can read more about Tomcat in a cPanel/WHM environment at: http://www.cpanel.net/conference/08/files/Tomcat.pdf
