Reseller Center and cPAddons

I'm trying to setup some reseller accounts using the Reseller Center in WHM. Everything makes sense to me, but I've also got some cPAddons that everyone on our server will be using, and I was hoping to be able to offer the upgrade interface for cPAddons (that shows in WHM when you click "Manage cPAddons") for resellers as well. Ideally they would see just their sub-accounts, and be able to upgrade them, etc...

I don't see an option to do this in the ACL list? Is this possible? Is there perhaps a workaround I can use?
