Reseller center in cpanel server

Hi,



I moved a reseller account from my freeBSD server to redhat. The move was fine but when I go the reseller centre of redhat server the account is not listed in the drop down list. But I can enter the reseller WHM and it is also listed in the "list reseller accounts" in the WHM.

The files in .accts files /var/cpanel are also there. The permissions are correct.
Any help is very much appreciated.

Check the file /var/cpanel/resellers.
May be it will help you to solve this issue

I checked all the files in /var/cpanel
THey are all perfect. Still the reseller account is not listed in the
reseller center drop down menu,

Try "Remove Reseller Privileges" within the reseller center, then "Add reseller privileges".
