Where is a reseller suppose to set their contact information at?
We have a reseller that has set up their contact e-mail address in their control panel. The contact address is a gmail.com address. However, when that reseller logs into their WHM and Upgrade/DownGrades an account, the logs show the Upgrade/DownGrade message going to the main server contact (this is correct) and to [email protected].
I'm not sure why the message is going to [email protected] and not the user's gmail.com account.
