reseller creating new accounts do not have DNS entry

When a reseller creates a new account in his WHM, it does not create a DNS entry. Checked the information after creation in WHM and it shows that dns creation complete but when checked in DNS functions, the dns entry for the new account/domain is not created

Any idea what is causing this and how to fix this?

firstly you must make sure that you add new package and setting your domain parent dns before you will to go creation as new package for your reseller, while you make it already check the domain pointing is true host name to your name server ok if you will give as a private name server for your reseller you must add new host name into their domain manager with ns1.ns2. after you make it you must setting ip into your whm for create him private name server as a shared or dedicated IP for your new reseller ok
