Have a situation where we have around a thousand domain names. The names appear in places like modify quota, terminate accounts, etc.
Also can not create a new username that exists but is not appearing.
Let me state that I am not the host, do not have root, and have no choice but to come straight here. I have been working with the host on this for three days now and they are clueless. They keep telling me that the accounts do not exist when I know for a fact I put them in one by one and that I can not put them back with out removing them first - to me that means they exist.
What can I tell my host to resolve this situation?
