    Hi all,

I've set up a reseller account with WHM and tied it in to WHMCS. However, it seems the reseller has two limits.
They have two accounts - their own cPanel account and also a WHM account, and the two account's limits do not seem to sync. They can use 30GB of space in WHM (through resold accounts) but they will still have 0MB used in their own cPanel account.

Is there any way I can:
    a) make the two limits sync
    b) disable cPanel for them and require them to use WHM

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello :)

The resource usage displayed in cPanel will not match the overall resource usage for the reseller. cPanel is intended for the account itself, thus only that specific account's resource usage appears in cPanel. You can ensure the account is owned by itself instead of "root" by changing the account owner via:

    Code:
"WHM >> Account Functions >> Modify an Account"
You can not disable cPanel for the reseller username, however you can create a feature list, and assign it to the account to limit the options available in cPanel for that account.

    Thank you.
