I have a reseller with about 40 accounts. Under the root whm I click view reseller usage stats and all of the accounts show up. I even checked /var/cpanel/users/* and all accounts show him as the owner. I also removed and readded the reseller priv. and ran all the fix scripts known to man, but no fix.

Anyone here have any suggestions. I do have an open cpanel ticket but noone has replied yet.

Thanks

Our host is having the same exact problem. On our whm and on our clients. We are running WHM version 7.2 and X theme version 2.1. We are running apache version 1.3.28

*Wondering if this has something to do with the new apace version*

Try to create a new account, and see if your list shows up. It worked for me...

Hi,
We are running Cpanel 7.2.1-S85 on RH 9

The adding another account did not help us either :(

rm -rf /etc/vmail/
mkdir /etc/vmail/
