we have a reseller account who's primary site was suspended due to an ddos attack.. now his reseller privs are not revoked or anything.. but he can't login to his WHM..

any thoughts / ideas on how to solve this? we want him to beable to manage his clients yet leave his primary domain off.

    thanks in advance

Well it'd be fairly pointless if they could log, especially if they were purposly causing the problem ( lack of proper security, IMHO, is reason enough to keep them out of WHM untill they've been talked to and agree to audit their account, at very least ).

What you could do is, create an account in the root WHM using the accounts main domain with a sub domain. For instance, create an account called, modify the reseller account so that this account is the owner of the reseller accounts and the account in question is just a sub account under the users new WHM login.
