You will need to adjust the following option in "WHM >> Resellers >> Edit reseller privileges & nameservers" if you do not want the system packages to show up:

"Allow the reseller to use all global packages (global packages are any packages without a "_" in them)"

This can be found under the "Package Access" section in "Edit reseller privileges & nameservers".
