How exactly do I create a reseller package in WHM? It's for people that want to run their own webhosts

Create a account from WHM as root for which you wish to provide the reseller privileges. Once you create the account, access Resellers >> Reseller Center from WHM as root. From the drop down under "Add Reseller Privileges", select the user/account to which you assign reseller privileges. Click on OK. The account is the reseller account now.
To provide the privileges access Resellers >> Reseller Center. Select the reseller account from the drop down under present under "Select a Reseller". Click on Edit reseller privileges & nameservers. This will provide you with the window so that you can provide required privileges to the reseller account. Check/uncheck the required options. Click on Save. You are done !
