Reseller plan restriction

Dear all,
I want to create a reseller account with no mysql rihgts, but other users should have this feature. But i can't find any option in cpanel to do this, is there anyone who knows how to do this? Can a reseller be restricted to limited resources like MySQL ?

Even if this were possible, it would be rather ineffective.

A reseller would end up with an account restricted as you describe, however the reseller could then just create an account as would be done for a normal user and use that account.

With a few exceptions, you wouldn't want to make a reseller that owns their own account for that very reason.

I think i have not explained my query. Basically i want to make a reseller plan that has no mysql included in it. But other resellers and users can have mysql. Just the restricted reseller should not create any account with mysql enabled.
