Reseller: Resellers Shared Accounts Not Being Suspeneded

    Hello,

    I have a reseller and it seems that when one of the resellers resold accounts go over their specified bandwidth limit, CPanel does not suspened their account, rather, it lets them go over as much as 400% - 500% of their actual bandwidth limit.

    What exactly can be done in this such case? It seems to CRON's are in tact, but I am not exactly sure what to check at this point. This has been happening for 2 months now. The first month it seemed to fix itself but is now back in this same shape and it is getting old fast....

    Anyone with any ideas would be greatly appreaciated!
