Reseller User can be on SOLO LICENSE?

Hello, i notice in this docs:

Nameservers match domain names to IP addresses.

Resellers may use their own nameservers, but individual cPanel accounts cannot use their own nameservers.

I am afraid a little bit because of the name servers.

Now,
I gonna host 1
OR
maybe 2 websites with:
1 account with WHM/CPANEL

on GCP with a:
solo license.

is possible?
is better?
1 Reseller is more expensive from 1 regular user? or is no matter?
I am afraid because of the name servers. (this way i think to open resaller and go sure with the nameservers)

what should i do?

another thing is i gonna buy 3 VM.
I will need a solo license to each VM? or i can buy the 5 user pack in 25$?

Hey there! A Reseller would not be able to have their own license. Resellers are created by the root user to manage a smaller portion of a larger server. Does that help clear things up?
