The reseller WHM panel contains what items the server administrator decides he/she would like to provide to the reseller.

Here are most of the settings that can be adjusted.

ok, if I had a reseller one, how would I change the normal aspects of my site or is the reseller version in addition to the normal version?

Reseller version of WHM is the same as the one you use for root access. The options available are set through the reseller section when you give reselling rights to one of your user.

I still am unclear on how I would manage my site. In addition to WHM, would I have the normal version too?

Also, if I set up an account, does the person I set up an account for have a control panel or is it just a way to limit what they can upload and transfer?

Resellers have access to WHM, the control panel which manages the creation of account ( suspend, limit bandwidth, etc... )

However, they also have access to CPanel, the control panel for managing a website ( creating e-mail accounts, etc... ).

Clients of resellers also have access to CPanel.

I don't have it yet, I am switching hosts because my current hosts are morons who cannot do anything right and I draw the line at switching servers and not telling the clients to backup then they lose everything they had, and then in addition to that trying to make them pay $20 for features not on the new "better" server which were free on the old one.

Anyway the host I'm looking at offers a special that is reseller which is better than the normal packages for nonreseller.
