resellers accounts not showing up

We have a reseller who created an account the other day and he can basically do everything to the account BUT it just does not display in &list accounts& he can modify it and everything else, it just does not list. Under root we can see that he owns it and its listed under his name. Ive tried to change the ownership of it and then back again, but that stilll brings no joy.

Any ideas?
