Resellers Are Not Receiving Messages Regarding About To Exce

    As the server admin I receive message that my resellers are 80% to exceeding their allotted bandwidth. Shouldn't the resellers also receive this message so that they can make adjustments to the hosting package, purchase more bandwidth, or try and up the customer to a higher package?

    My resellers aren't receiving such messages. Shouldn't they? If so why aren't they? If not, how can I make it so that they do?
