Resellers cannot reconfigure bind after account creation / DNS zone modification

    Hello,
    My resellers seem to be unable to update the name servers properly, this is the error message they are receiving:
    Code:
    Error reconfiguring bind on turbo: rndc: connect failed: connection refused
    How would I come about fixing this problem?

    On what action reseller are getiing this error message? This error appears sometimes on the server that is not running BIND on itslef but clustered with the server that is running BIND on it.In short a hosting server clustered with a Nameserver.

    This issue is happened due to the rndc key mismatch
    /scripts/fixndc. Please try this. May be thsi will help you
