    Hello,
most of our resellers cannot see all their accounts under "List Accounts"

For example one user has 100 accounts and only 20 its in his "List accounts" menu.

If you check from Root - you can see all accounts.

What the problem ? I see all software updates and have just upgraded cPanel to latest release.

It happens for 2 of 10 our servers.

Go to WHM > Resellers > Reseller Center, Then you have two options 1) Change Ownership of an account or 2)Change Ownership of Multiple Accounts.I usually go with the first option because 2nd option didn't worked for me.So if you got with the first option then select the resold account from the list and change the ownership to reseller.NOTE most of the resold accounts might already have the reseller as owner but change them back to resller again.

but one our reseller has 200 accounts and only 25 left in his List Accounts. It would take the whole day to assign every account...

    Isn't there any fix ?
