resellers can't change language

Hi,

when any of my resellers add a package "/scripts/addpkgform" or edit a package "/scripts/editpkg" they can't change the language preference of their domains, which in my case 90% are in spanish, so it is a big problem.

I had to use Modify an Account "/scripts/edituser" to change the languaje for each domain.

Can it be activated?
Should I expect it on the next release of Cpanel?
