what must i do ?

thanks.

I'm not positive what you actually are asking but I'll give it a shot.

If you give a dedicated IP to a reseller any accounts they create will still be assigned the servers shared IP, not the dedicated reseller IP. If you want your reseller to be able to create accounts with a dedicated IP, you'll have to give them that privilege in WHM.

First, go into "Reseller Center" and under Reseller Modifications select the reseller in question from the drop down window. With that reseller showing then choose"Manage Ip Delegation".
In the window that opens up, choose the "restrict ip...." choice and do not check any of the IP's under it.

Second, go into "Reseller Center" and under Reseller Modifications select the reseller in question from the drop down window. With that reseller showing then choose "Edit Privileges/Nameservers". Under feature limits load his ACL so his options are showing. Go down under "Privileges" and UNcheck "Allow Creation of Packages with a Dedicated IP".
Enter the ACL list name again near the bottom under "Save as ACL List " and click "Save" at the bottom of the page.

You may also have to recreate the Packages he is using to remove the dedicated IP option, but I am not sure if this step is necessary or if it will be taken care of by the previous 2 steps.

That should prevent any dedicated IP from being used.
