Reseller enabled SSH for one of their clients. User see's "Shell access is not enabled on your account!
If you need shell access please contact support."

Disabling and enabling it does not work on this account and we dont feel like asking the reseller to delete and recreate the account! BTW howcome we get ZERO replies to answers here? Is this a technical forum or what type of forum is this? This seems like a universal problem where people are posting for nothing and getting zero help. QUESTION: What use is a forum when nobody from Cpanel replies?

What happens if you change the users shell via the command line?

    chsh -s /bin/sh USERNAME

We tried a number of ssh logins and all of them denied us from logging in. In fact, all users on this one box cannot ssh to their accounts. What next!
