Resellers using Root Packages

Hi,

For some days now I have seen resellers being able to setup accounts under ROOT ONLY packages. I checked the reseller privileges and the root packages were not allowed to them.

I have seen this on MANY servers.

Any idea how this is possible?

I know on servers that were previously on version 10, when they migrated to version 11, the ability of resellers to use ROOT's packages was "resolved." However, if your users are set to not be able to use ROOT packages and these issues are still arising, you may want to go to WHM -> Resellers -> Reseller Center and click Reset Resellers.

Can you add a SELECT ALL RESELLERS check box? Its very time consuming having to click so many boxes
