I'm trying to setup a resellers package
1.does all resellers get own ip's
2. do they have access to there own whm
3.do they have there own c/panel
4.If they have own whm how do I limit there spaceand bandwidth
any suggestions on other information would be great

yups everything is possible.

There is an option in Server Setup - called reseller center.

just click on that and then you can add any user as a reseller.. once you add that user as a reseller you can modify the priviledges for that particular reseller according to space, bandwidth, diff packages etc etc.
