    So, you are basically talking about the template file that is located at this location:

    /usr/local/cpanel/base/unprotected/cpanel/resetpass.tmpl

    got no file with that name on the directory

    can you post the file for me to test it ?

    I believe this is only modifiable in 11.32. You can find documentation here: Custom Branded Login Pages
